RETURNS

At Ink Bandit we hope you love our products as much as we do and we endeavour to deliver goods within the estimated delivery time in perfect condition.

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged in the post, please contact us as soon as possible to help us resolve the issue for you; we may ask for photos to aid in your complaint and to facilitate a quick replacement or refund.

If your purchase is not to your satisfaction or you have changed your mind, please email us at hello@inkbandit.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. You will have up to 14 days further to return the item in its original packaging. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note, if 14 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return request except for faulty items. We are unable to accept returns for orders that are custom made except for faulty items.

The cost of returning items is covered by the customer except for faulty or incorrectly shipped goods. Please keep proof of your return postage as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Once we received and inspected the goods, we will refund you the cost of the item(s) via your original payment method within 14 days of returned items being received. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
